About the webinar

Child-inclusive practice creates space for children’s perspectives without placing responsibility for decisions on their shoulders. This introductory webinar provides a foundation for practitioners interested in bringing children’s voices into mediation and family work.

The session explores what the approach involves, the evidence supporting it and the safeguards required. It also explains how Relationships Australia Victoria’s facilitated, interactive approach differs from existing self-paced training. As the first tier in a broader training suite, the webinar introduces a pathway to a hybrid course and accredited training.
