Train-the-Trainer programs

Accreditation for your staff to deliver specialist RAV workshops in-house, with a named master trainer on call.

Train the Trainer

RAV Train-the-Trainer packages accredit your staff to deliver specialist RAV workshops in-house, under an annual licence with a named master trainer on call. You own delivery inside your organisation. We hold the standard.

Every package is built on the same backbone:

  • Two-day Train-the-Trainer program, co-delivered by dual industry experts.
  • Licensed materials suite: facilitator guides, participant workbooks, slides, checklists and evaluation tools.
  • Master trainer on call during every delivery.
  • Annual half-day refresher, observation and written recertification.
  • Version-controlled materials, updated centrally and pushed to all licensees.
  • Optional extra: group clinical supervision for your trainer cohort.
A poorly resourced workplace cannot be made safe by training alone. We will say so before you commit.

Programs currently available

Each program shares the same accreditation backbone, with content, materials and supervision intensity tailored to the workshop being delivered. We will talk through the right shape with you before quoting.
